On my videogame career I have visited many awesome places, like the shadow palace, forest temple, inside of a giant worm, the city of rapture, dark aether, etc.
But I think the coolest place I've ever visited is the living planet PHAAZE. from metroid prime 3 corruption
The atmosphere was incredible, the source of all phaazon and the leviatans that tried to turn other planets into new phaazes, the planet that is alive, the only thing I didn't like is that we couldn't see much of phaaze in the game.
Still it is an incredible place, perfect for one of my most favorite boss battles, dark samus on hypermode difficulty.

Hypermode difficulty was AWFUL. When I actually defeated Dark Samus, I was utterly screwed on the Aurora Unit. I ended up having to start the game over so I could get more practice in mastering the controls, which was quite the wise decision, considering that I was able to do it well the second time I made it.
